Outdoor space
The centre is situated on the edge of Popley and bordered by 2 communal open spaces and Basing Woods. Providing a number of options for walks, outside games, photos etc.
Any enquiries for use of the space (owned by Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council) can be directed to the centre manager who will put you in contact with the relevant B&DBC staff.
Although the centre is dog free (apart from guide dogs) the open spaces and the proximity of the woods are ideal for dog walking, playing etc...
The centres garden is a great outdoor space and has access directly from the Abbey room and the Cafe area. It has built in bench seating placed under the eaves of the building meaning in most cases the seats stay dry.
